Why all the 'POleece' in the background?

There is a Buick with missing seat covers somewhere in The Hood .

He stole that hat from Boy George ....

Do these dresses make our asses look fat?

A Pick Up Line

An Indiana biker walks into a bar and takes a seat next to a very attractive woman. He gives her a quick glance then causally looks at his watch for a moment.

The woman notices this and asks, 'Is your date running late?'

No', he replies, 'I just got this state-of the-art watch, and I was just testing it.'

The intrigued woman says, 'A state-of-the-art watch? What's so special about it?'

The biker explains, 'It uses alpha waves to talk to me telepathically.

The lady says, 'What's it telling you now?

'Well, it says you're not wearing any panties.'

The woman giggles and replies 'Well it must be broken because I am wearing panties!'

The biker smiles, taps his watch and says,........ 'Damn thing's an hour fast!'

My Memorial Weekend

Gov Daniels was instrumental in passing Indiana’s law restricting protests at funerals. Basically, it does not disallow them but limits them to “ending one hour before and not restarting until one hour after the actual service” and “they can only gather on public propriety”. Most of the schools are in residential neighborhoods and the nearest ‘public’ place has been as much as a mile away.

This law has kept the UGs (Uninvited Guests) away. So much so that we don’t really see them in Indiana any more.

Even if you disagree with most of his political view points and policies, he did right by our heros. And for that I was honored when I was invited to ride with Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels in the Indianapolis 500 Race Parade.

This is my wife and I in front of the Governor’s residence just before we rode down to the parade staging area.

Summer Ride

Me and DC are going to see some parts of the contry on our bikes this summer. We're meeting in Kansas City and will leave there Sunday afternoon. the goal is to be back in Indy by the following Saturday. Of course we'll start here in Indy. This round trip route is 3,929 miles. The B to C leg is just under 1,000 miles. With exits and what not it should exceed 1k. That will earn us the Iron Ass award.

The fun starts July 20. this is just a proposed route... things could change.

It's gonna be a blast!!

Saturday

The INPGR had a mission early Saturday. A member's father had passed away while on missionary work. He was a Korea War vet.

Afterwards, we went to The Barn...

Four hogs feet and a bucket of drip'ns. Has to mean a party at The Barn.

Actually didn't drink a drop. Ate lots of pulled pork and just hung out.

A group of about 10 of us ran to N. Manchester for Brett's and Dawn's wedding.

I know blurry, but you get the idea.

It was a great weekend, how was yours?

What Kind of World Do You Want?

From my friend PugMan;

John Ondrasik (the singer-songwriter who is Five for Fighting) is one of the most pro-GI people in pop music. And in this video, it shows. You may have heard the song before but this video is new. In the beginning, he goes into a pawn shop to pawn a flag... the pawnbroker is in his sixties, and over his shoulder you see a photo of a young Vietnam era warrant officer with aviator wings and the MOH. Yes, that's really a Medal of honor winner--not an actor.

Service

At one time in my life, I thought I had a handle on the meaning of the word 'service.' 'It's the act of doing things for other people.' Then I heard these terms which reference the word SERVICE:

Internal Revenue Service
Postal Service
Telephone Service
Civil Service
City & County Public Service
Customer Service
Service Stations

Then I became confused about the word 'service.' This is not what I thought 'service' meant. So today, I overheard two farmers talking, and one of them said he had hired a bull to 'service' a few of his cows. BAM! It all came into perspective. Now I understand what all those 'service' agencies are doing to us.

I hope you now are as enlightened as I am!
