How do they come up with 'rack' prices for hotel rooms? According to the sign this little room is $1,500 a night...

That's more than the rooms in Times Square.

'Pup's "vacation" lasted almost 18 months.. but he found a job 2 years ago. Three years ago right about now, it was hard to keep going and keep trying.
