Friday's Feast

Feast One Hundred & Thirty Nine

Appetizer
When you were a child, which crayon color was your favorite?
I loved the metallic colors; gold, silver and copper. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, I colored had silver, gold or copper on it. Unless, of course, I had used them up. They were the only colors that were consumed completely.

Soup
On a scale of 1 to 10 (with 10 being highest), how likely would you be to change jobs if it required you to move?
All things being even – 3 maybe 4
A better offer, part of the country I want to live in… 9 - 10

Salad
Take all the numbers in your birthday and your phone number and add them up, one by one. What’s the total?
If November is 11 (eleven, that is a number) and the year is 19xx then it is 2054
If the author meant to add all of the digits, i.e. November is 1+1 then it is 83
In both cases I used the area code in my phone number.

Main Course
Have you ever “re-gifted” anything? If so, what was it and who did you pass it on to?
No

Dessert
Name something you need from the store.
Cleaner for the shower.

I also used the metalic crayons alot...oooh sparkly objects.

I would move in a heart beat...as long as it was to southern AL.

I have moved alot, as a child and a few times as an adult I'm not sure it I would want to do it again. You learn alot but you also lose alot. I loved that magenta crayon but my favorite color is blue.

Hi DNR - I came over here this morning but your blog was empty! Gone! MIA! Poof! Glad you're still with us.

Do you clean showers? Hmmmm.... ; ) I've got a shower I'd like you to meet...

How nice that you and Dirk were able to get together. I have a couple of very wonderful friendships that began on line through genealogy searches and developed into real-life relationships. Although there are pretenders on the web, it seems you can sometimes tell an awful lot about a person from what they write.

If you're ever near my neck of the woods, please give a yell. (Although you should be glad you aren't here today to experience the lovely 8 inches of snow).
